заметил , что в  Х3 редакторе, можно открывать файлы xml и там есть хорошая функция сортировки . Можно в page добавлять текст новый в конец , а потом отсортировать по id . Не надо заморачиваться с поиском id в page дабы поставить новый id в нужное место.
