Thanks for your report. Now you can use english version of our site. If you try to use downloader program, you can see this forbidden message.
Is this has something to do with TAB option in Mozilla Firefox, because after tabbing two ship links for their properties I got this message once more in the following tabs, and now I can't open the main site again! =( I presume, that tabbing the pages triggered an autoban of some sort? Can You fix this with some kind of a warning message with, or with a temporary ban, lets say 10 minutes? Because I can assure you, that I may not be the only one with such problems, lucky that I know Russian, but it is realy unpleasant to receive a ban for not spamming or hacking or anything else.
